Corporate History

In 1973, the Olgoonik Corporation was established by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act and exists within the North Slope Borough. In 1999, the village corporation of Wainwright formed a new holding company, Olgoonik Development, LLC, and four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Kuk Construction, LLC, Olgoonik Logistics, LLC, Olgoonik Management Services, LLC, and O.E.S., Inc. Since that time, three additional subsidiaries have been added: Olgoonik Technical Services, LLC, and Olgoonik Global Security, LLC, in 2005, and Olgoonik Specialty Contractors, LLC, in 2007. Olgoonik
Development, LLC, has overall management
responsibility for all of the subsidiaries.
