Shareholder Enrollment
The following forms can be viewed and printed using

The Board of Directors and the Shareholders of Olgoonik Corporation have
approved the issuance of Class B stock to all Eligible Natives born after
December 18, 1971, and to all Eligible Natives who were qualified for
original enrollment as a shareholder of the Corporation, but who missed
the original enrollment deadline.
The following documents include a letter from the Olgoonik Corporation President Lucille Mayer and the enrollment application with supporting documents:

Olgoonik Corporation is holding three enrollment workshops where the
enrollment process will be explained and applications will be accepted.
- ANCHORAGE - December 12, 2007, Patton Boggs, LLP offices at
601 West 5th Avenue, Suite 700 from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
- WAINWRIGHT - December 17, 2007at the Community Center from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
- BARROW - December 18, 2007 at the IHLC offices from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Applications will also be accepted at the Olgoonik Corporation office in
Wainwright.
