When will I get my proxy?
Proxy packets are being mailed on Friday, June 29. Included in the packet are your annual report, your proxy statement, a proxy statement supplement, instructions for online voting, a return envelope for mailing your paper proxy to Sramek-Hightower CPAs, our Inspector of Election, and your proxy with your voting shares and online voting PIN number.

How do I vote?
Print Proxy – You have the option to vote by mail with the proxy you received in your proxy packet. Proxies must be received by the Inspector of Election by Wednesday, Aug. 8, 5PM. Voted proxies can be mailed in the provided return envelope OR dropped off at the Wainwright office or the Anchorage office during business hours.

Online Proxy – New this year, you have the option to vote online at olgoonikvote.com. Voting online requires a PIN number, which is pre-printed on your proxy and unique to you. Online voting ends Wednesday, Aug. 8, at 5PM. Online voters will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 gift card. There will be 10 lucky winners announced at the Annual Meeting!

In Person – You can choose to vote in person at the annual meeting on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at 1PM.
