As of September 12, 2014, all authorized Class B shares have been issued. From time to time, additional Class B shares may become available, at which point applications will be processed in the order they were received. Eligible persons may continue to submit applications for Class B shares for placement on a waiting list. If and when the Board of Directors decides to recommend to the shareholders to approve the issuance of additional Class B shares, a meeting will be held for shareholders to vote on whether to approve additional Class B shares. OC will provide notice if and when additional Class B shares may be available.
