Congratulations to Jamie Totten who was selected as Olgoonik’s Employee of the Quarter for Q2 of 2019! Jamie is a Jr. Staff Accountant in our Anchorage, Alaska office. She worked in Accounting at Olgoonik from 2011-2014 and, after returning from out-of-state, came back to Olgoonik in 2015. We were thrilled to welcome her back.

Jamie’s team says she is someone who is always looking for ways to add value to her own work, as well as others. She regularly evaluates current processes and looks for ways to innovate and increase efficiency. Jamie regularly gets phone calls and emails that are outside her normal job responsibilities, but she takes the time and initiative to help others, however she can. She is a dependable employee that has built her reputation as a leader in the Accounting Department and throughout the company. Her positive attitude is contagious, and it often radiates beyond her department. Jamie does a lot of noticeable things that contribute to the overall success of the Accounting Department, but she also does a lot of small things, on a daily basis, that no one even realizes, such as emptying the dishwasher daily and refilling the printers with paper every morning.
