The Olgoonik Corporation Board of Directors appointed Charles Ekak to fill the vacant director seat in Class 1 on June 21, 2018. He was previously elected to the OC board in 2011 and served from 2011-2014.

Mr. Ekak has accepted the appointment and will occupy the seat vacated by Raymond Henry Nashookpuk, who resigned from the OC Board. Mr. Ekak’s term will expire in 2019, with the other directors serving in Class 1.

State proxy regulations require disclosure of certain information about OC directors in the Proxy Statement, distributed annually. Mr. Ekak’s information is included as a supplement to the Proxy Statement in the proxy packets being mailed to shareholders on June 29, 2018.
