WAINWRIGHT, AK — The Olgoonik Corporation Board of Directors is hosting the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders online and by telephone this year. The meeting is scheduled for June 13, 2020, at 1PM. To ensure that the meeting is only open to shareholders, meeting login and call-in information was mailed to shareholders in two separate mailings in May. Meeting details were published in the proxy packet mailed in early May and reminder details were published in a special edition of the shareholder newsletter, mailed in late May.

If shareholders need meeting login details, they can call the Anchorage office at 907-562-8728 during normal business hours and on Saturday, June 13, between 11AM and 1PM.

This year, the door prize drawing will take place on Facebook Live, after the Annual Meeting adjourns.

Election results and door prize winners will be posted to the website.
