The Corporation is producing a video that includes interviews with Olgoonik Iñupiat leaders, employees, and Wainwright shareholders as all seek to balance the need for local economic growth with the protection of natural resources and subsistence traditions. Due out in spring, the video reflects the common ground between Wainwright and its village corporation.
