Congratulations to German Suarez, Deputy Program Manager of Olgoonik Operations in Bogota, Colombia, for being selected as Olgoonik’s Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2017!!!

German has worked for Olgoonik Technical Services and Olgoonik Federal in Bogota, Colombia on the USAID Program since 2011. He is the manager of Olgoonik Federal contract with the US Forest Service and serves as deputy manager on the CN3 contract supporting the International Narcotics Assistance Program in Colombia.   German is such an important member of the PMO Office in Bogota and has been described as one of the “most focused and dedicated” employees to work with.

While Business Development is not specifically German´s job, he takes it as equally important to his assigned duties and is regularly coming up with potential business opportunities. In addition to German’s great work ethic and the incredibly valuable client relationship he has built, he is also described as an upbeat and positive person with boundless energy and enthusiasm. He is brimming with ideas, sets an example for others and spurs them to achieve more than they might have without his presence in the company.
