WAINWRIGHT, AK – On Nov. 20, 2024, Olgoonik Corporation (OC) Secretary Whitney Kellie (Pituk) resigned from the OC Board of Directors. OC Bylaws Section 8.03 provides that a director can resign at any time.

In the interim, in accordance with OC bylaws, OC Treasurer Janet Carson will assume the duties of Board Secretary, in addition to her duties as Treasurer.

The OC Board thanks Whitney for her years of service to Olgoonik Corporation and our shareholders.

The seat previously filled by Whitney is up for election in June 2025.
