WAINWRIGHT, AK — Olgoonik Corporation has posted the official Notice of Election for 2025 on our Annual Meeting page. 

Three seats are up for election at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June. The seats are for a three-year term expiring in 2028. 

Shareholders who are interested in declaring their candidacy for one of these seats must complete the Board candidacy forms linked on our Annual Meeting page. 

Completed forms must be received by the Governance Department no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025.
