WAINWRIGHT, AK — The Olgoonik Corporation Board of Directors has authorized the sale of three residential lots in Wainwright. The three lots for sale are outlined in blue in the map image below. These lots are not on the existing North Slope Borough road system. Each lot is available for sale on a first come, first served basis to Olgoonik shareholders for $6,500. Shareholders must be 18 or older at the time of lot sale and not have any outstanding debt to the corporation. OC may accept or reject any offer in its absolute discretion. No financing is available through OC and payment will need to be made in full at the time of purchase.
