We understand that during this challenging time, it can be hard to keep track of all the changes that have been occurring. Rest assured, our essential shareholder programs are still operating. Temporary OFScholarship Changes for Students

We understand that these are difficult and uncertain times. The following changes have been temporarily adopted by Olgoonik Foundation to continue support for our students during this pandemic:

• The next scholarship deadline of May 1, 2020, has been extended. Students applying for classes this summer will now have until 11:59 pm on June 1, 2020, to submit scholarship applications and required documents.
• Students are allowed an extension in submitting final grades from the Spring 2020 term. Final grades are generally due within one week of their posting by the student’s school. Final grades may now be submitted with the student’s next scholarship application.
• Previous updates to the Olgoonik Foundation Scholarship program included the creation of a one-semester grace period for students whose GPA falls below a 2.0. An additional grace period will be offered through this global pandemic.

These are difficult times, and we all face extraordinary circumstances. Please know that Olgoonik Foundation is here for you. Olgoonik Foundation Training Program

Applications for funding through the new Olgoonik Foundation Training Program will continue to be accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis for applicants who meet eligibility requirements.

This important new program is exciting for us as we aim to help shareholders and descendants build skills through training and certifications. Information and the application for this program can be found under the Programs and Opportunities section of the Shareholder Portal and on the Forms and Application page. Don’t forget to check the Olgoonik Shareholder Connections Facebook page, where we periodically share upcoming training opportunities from various entities and community partners.

Bereavement Assistance Program

While the OC Office is currently closed to visitors in an effort to safeguard the health of our shareholders and employees, our Bereavement Assistance Program remains active to help our shareholder families during their most difficult time.

The application forms are available on the Olgoonik Shareholder Portal under Forms and Applications. Shareholder Services staff can assist applicants with completing these fillable PDF forms and electronically signing if needed.

While the office is currently closed to visitors, the use of an Olgoonik vehicle in Wainwright under the Bereavement Assistance program is presently still offered as vehicle availability allows. Every effort to maintain a clean vehicle for the protection of our employees and shareholders will be made, including thoroughly disinfecting the vehicle after each use. We ask that shareholders limit the number of passengers in the vehicle and follow all Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommended guidelines for self-protection, including all drivers and passengers wearing gloves and facemasks while in the vehicle.

Updated Donations Form Available

Our Donations Request Form has been updated and is available on our website under the Forms and Applications page.

Donation requests may be submitted throughout the year as funding allows. A section marking the donation category has been added to clarify eligibility for donations. To help with the timely processing of donation requests, Olgoonik Corporation asks that all requests be submitted at least one month in advance of the project or event for which funding is requested.

Access to Shareholder Forms

Our Shareholder Services and Stock forms can be found online at https://www.olgoonik.com/shareholder-portal/forms-applications/. As outlined in our Shareholder Newsletter, many forms are available as fillable PDFs, which allow applicants to complete forms electronically from their computers. Forms can be printed and signed or signed electronically.

If you can print forms but are unable to scan signed forms back to Olgoonik, please contact one of our offices, and staff can share information on scanning documents from your smartphone. No printer? No problem! Staff is also available to help walk you through electronically signing your forms from your computer or smartphone.
