WAINWRIGHT, AK – On March 26, 2024, Ben Ahmaogak, Jr. resigned from the Olgoonik Corporation (OC) Board of Directors. OC Bylaws Section 8.03 provides that a director can resign at any time.

The Board seat previously filled by Ben Ahmaogak, Jr. is up for election in June 2024, less than three months away. Therefore, this vacancy will be filled by shareholders when they vote to elect three directors at the upcoming annual meeting on June 8, 2024. In the interim, the Board has named Jennie R. Bodfish to fulfill the duties of Treasurer until the Board re-organization meeting following the June election.
