WAINWRIGHT, AK — Olgoonik Corporation has posted the official Notice of Election for 2023 on our Annual Meeting page.

Three seats are up for election at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held Saturday, June 10, 2023. The seats are Class 2 seats, two of which are currently filled by Hugh Patkotak, Sr. and Verna Phillips. The third seat is currently vacant and was held by former Director Joseph Ahmaogak who resigned in November 2022. The seats are for a three-year term expiring in 2026.

Shareholders who are interested in declaring their candidacy for one of these seats must complete the Board Candidacy forms linked on our Annual Meeting page.

Completed forms must be received by the OC Governance Department by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2023.
