The Olgoonik Corporation Board of Directors (OC Board) are pleased to welcome shareholder Jennie Rose Bodfish to the Board. Jennie was selected from a pool of six shareholders who applied to fill the director vacancy. She will be sworn into office at an upcoming special Board meeting.

Jennie Rose has accepted the appointment and will occupy the seat vacated by Ethel A. Patkotak-McDermott, who resigned from the OC Board. Jennie Rose’s term will expire in 2025, with the other directors serving in Class 1.

“We would like to thank all the shareholders who expressed an interest in being considered for the appointment. Each of the six shareholders have experience and knowledge that would benefit the Corporation and they have the opportunity to run in upcoming elections,” said OC Chair, Oliver Peetook.

State proxy regulations require disclosure of certain information about OC directors in the Proxy Statement, distributed annually. Information about OC’s newly appointed Board member will be included in the upcoming Proxy Statement which will be mailed to shareholders in advance of our upcoming annual meeting.
