WAINWRIGHT, AK — Olgoonik Corporation has posted the official Notice of Election for 2024 on our Annual Meeting page.

Three seats are up for election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held Saturday, June 8, 2024. The seats are Class 3 seats, currently filled by Oliver Peetook, Benjamin Ahmaogak, Jr., and Steve Segevan. The seats are for a three-year term expiring in 2027.

Shareholders who are interested in declaring their candidacy for one of these seats must complete the Board Candidacy forms linked on our Annual Meeting page.

Completed forms must be received by the OC Governance Department by 5:00 p.m. AKST, Thursday, February 15, 2024.
