WAINWRIGHT, AK — Proxy voting it open for three Board of Directors seats. Proxy packets were mailed to all voting shareholders, at the addresses on file with the Corporation, on or about May 1, 2023. Included in your packet is your proxy booklet with the official notice for the 50th Annual Meeting, as well as a proxy statement, meeting minutes from 2022, audited financial statements, and a list of door prizes. Also in your packet, you’ll find voting instructions, a pre-printed proxy with your voter information, a return envelope for your completed and signed proxy (if you choose to vote with the printed proxy ballot), a candidate flyer, information for those wishing to call into the Annual Meeting, and an Annual Report. Voters also have the option to vote online at www.olgoonikvote.com. Refer to your pre-printed proxy for your PIN and to your voting instructions for detailed information about online voting.

The Olgoonik Corporation Board of Directors has again appointed Sramek-Hightower as our Inspector of Elections. They will be handling all questions about proxies and proxy voting, as well as receiving and tabulating all proxies and meeting ballots. DEADLINES

Early bird voting ends on May 31, 2023. Proxies must be received by the Inspector by NOON on May 31 to be eligible for one of the $100 early bird prizes. We’re giving away 25 of them on June 1!

Proxy voting ends on June 7, 2023. Proxies must be received by the Inspector by 5PM on June 7. All proxy voters will be entered to win door prizes. We are giving away 22 $1,000 prizes on meeting day, as well as one $1,500 grand prize!

Shareholders will also be able to vote in person at the meeting on June 10 in Wainwright, Alaska.
